The systematic construction of the types of Fali should start from different approaches to legal study.Descriptive approach,normative approach,doctrinal approach,and analytical ap-proach are the four approaches to legal study.There are also four different types of jurisprudence:de-scriptive jurisprudence,normative jurisprudence,doctrinal jurisprudence,and analytical jurispru-dence.They generate four different types of Fali:descriptive Fali as regular patterns of legal phenom-enon,normative Fali as the values of legal enterprise,doctrinal Fali as the general principles of law,and analytical Fali as the conventions of legal discussion.Different types of Fali play important and irreplaceable roles in legal study and legal practice.
