NM23基因与非小细胞肺癌临床病理学特征及18F-FDG PET/CT影像特征的相关性

目的 比较非小细胞肺癌中NM23基因表达情况不同在其临床病理学特征、18F-FDG PET/CT影像特征、生存时间的差异。方法 选择2018年1月~2022年12月于新疆医科大学附属医院病理确诊为非小细胞癌的107例患者的术后标本,运用免疫组化方法检测NM23表达情况,分为NM23低表达组(≤++)(n=64)与NM23高表达组(>++)(n=43),比较两组的临床病理学特征、18F-FDG FDG PET/CT图像上影像特征、生存期方面的差异。结果 NM23低表达组与高表达组在性别、临床分期、组织类型、分化程度、吸烟、PET/CT图像上生长部位、生存时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0。05),但在原发灶分期、PET/CT图像上淋巴结转移情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 NM23基因在非小细胞癌患者T分期、淋巴结转移方面支持其为抑癌基因。
Correlation between NM23 gene expression and the growth site and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer in 18F-FDG PET/CT
Objective To compare the differences in clinicopathologic features,18F-FDG PET/CT imaging features and survival time among non-small cell lung cancer with different NM23 gene expression profiles.Methods A total of 107 postoperative specimens of patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer at the Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NM23,and the patients were divided into two groups:NM23 low expression group(≤++)with 64 cases and NM23 high expression group(>++)with 43 cases.The clinical and pathological characteristics,lymph node metastasis,tumor growth site under 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging,and survival period differences between the two groups were compared.Results The low-expression group and high-expression group of the NM23 gene showed no statistically significant differences in terms of gender,clinical stage,histological type,differentiation degree,smoking,PET/CT imaging location of tumor growth and survival time(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in both the primary tumor stage and the presence of lymph node metastasis on PET/CT imaging(P<0.05).Conclusion NM23 gene is supported as a tumor suppressor gene in non-small cell lung cancer patients in terms of T staging and lymph node metastasis.
