摘要
目的 调查广州市伤口造口专科护士(WOCN)核心能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为WOCN的培养及考核提供参考依据.方法 于2023年1～2月通过便利抽样法,采用一般资料调查表和WOCN核心能力评价指标,对广州市内在职的169名WOCN进行调查.结果 广州市WOCN核心能力总分为277.92±45.97分;核心能力得分由高到低依次为人际交往能力、评判性思维、临床专业实践能力、教育指导能力、护理管理能力及专业发展能力;护理科研及技术职称是WOCN核心能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05).结论 广州市WOCN核心能力处于较高水平,其主要影响因素是护理科研及技术职称,提示需鼓励WOCN参与护理科研并不断提升技术职称,促进核心能力的提高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of the core competence of wound ostomy continence nurse(WOCN)in Guangzhou and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for the training and assessment of WOCN.Methods A total of 169 employed WOCN in Guangzhou were investigated with general information survey form and the WOCN core competency evaluation metric during the period from January to Feburary 2023 using convenient sampling.Results The total score of core competence was 277.92±45.97.The subscores of core competency evaluation metric were recorded from highest to lowest,interpersonal communication ability,critical thinking,clinical professional practice ability,educational instruction ability,nursing management ability and professional development ability.The main influencing factors were scientific research in nursing and technical title(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence of WOCN in Guangzhou is comparatively high,and the main influencing factors were scientific research in nursing and technical title.It is suggested that WOCN should be encouraged to participate in nursing scientific research and continuously improve technical titles to promote the improvement of core competency.
