摘要
目的 探讨影响我国老年人健康感知的影响因素,以期为提升老年人群体健康水平及推动"全民健康"目标的实现提供实质性的政策指导.方法 基于2021年中国综合社会调查数据,提取问卷调查中≥60岁人群的健康感知、个人基本情况、日常活动情况、社会条件/环境、健康相关行为等内容,采用多因素Logistic回归模型对老年人健康感知的潜在影响因素进行系统分析.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:全年家庭总收入、过去1年与亲友社交活动、是否有慢性或者长期健康问题、感觉自己充满活力等多种因素均对老年人的健康感知产生作用(P<0.05).结论 我国老年人的健康感知受多种因素影响,建议加强健康宣教、鼓励"银发经济"发展及均衡配置医疗卫生资源等方式促进老年人健康水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors that affect the health perception of the elderly in China,in order to provide substantive policy guidance for improving the health level of the elderly group and promoting the realization of the goal of"national health".Methods Based on the data of Chinese General Social Survey in 2021,the health perception,personal basic information,daily activities,social conditions/environment,health-related behaviors and other contents of people≥60 years old in the questionnaire survey were extracted,and the potential influencing factors of health perception of the elderly were systematically analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression model.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that annual family income,social activities with relatives and friends in the past year,chronic or long-term health problems,feeling energetic and other factors had an effect on the health perception of the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion The health perception of the elderly in China is affected by many factors.It is suggested to strengthen health education,encourage the development of"silver economy"and balance the allocation of medical and health resources to promote the health of the elderly.
