超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕TGF-β、EGF及bFGF水平变化的影响

目的 研究超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平变化的影响.方法 选取2020年4月至2022年2月于自贡市第一人民医院就诊的凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者104例,依据治疗方案分为对照组(n=51,常规手术治疗)和观察组(n=53,超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗).比较两组临床疗效、皮肤情况、血管内皮因子(TGF-β、EGF、bFGF)水平、复发及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组临床总有效率(84.91%)高于对照组(62.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组紫质、纹理、色素斑、毛孔评分均下降,且观察组上述评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组TGF-β、bFGF水平比对照组高,EGF水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组复发率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应总发生率(19.61%)比对照组低(5.66%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者疗效显著,可有效改善瘢痕组织中的TGF-β、EGF、bFGF表达水平,安全性良好.
Effects of ultra-pulse carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment on TGF-β,EGF and bFGF levels changes in female depressed acne scars
Objective to explore the effects of ultra-pulse carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment on transforming growth facto - β(TGF - β), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and basic fibro-blast growth factor(bFGF)levels changes in female depressed acne scars. Methods A total of 104 female patients with depressed acne scars who received treatment at Zigong First People ' s Hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were selected for this study. According to the treatment plan ,they were divided into two groups:a control group(n=51)receiving conventional surgical treatment and an observation group(n=53)receiving ultrapulse carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment. The study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy , skin conditions,and levels of vascular endothelial factor levels(TGF-β,EGF,and bFGF),recurrence rates, and adverse reaction rates between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(84.91%)was higher than that in the control group(62.75%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores for violet,texture,pigmentation and pore in both groups decreased. The scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,TGF-β and bFGF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,EGF levels were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(19.61%)was lower than that in the control group(5.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of super-pulsed carbon dioxide dot matrix laser in the treatment of patients with depressed acne scars is effective. It can effectively improve the expression levels of TGF-β,EGF,and bFGF in scar tissue,and it also has better safety.
