Effects of Yiqi-Poxue-Huatan Decoction on CRP,Hcy and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Angina Pectoris after Coronary Heart Disease Revascularization
Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi-Poxue-Huatan Decoction on CRP,Hcy,and vascular endothelial function in patients with angina pectoris after coronary heart disease revascularization. Methods 82 patients with angina pectoris after coronary heart disease aevascularization were admitted to Henan Integrative Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to January 2023. They were selected as the research subjects. Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group(treated with conventional Western medicine)of 41 cases and an observation group(treated with conventional Western med-icine+Yiqi-Poxue-Huatan Decoction)of 41 cases. The therapeutic effects,CRP,Hcy,and endothelial func-tion of blood vessels(evaluated using flow-mediated dilation-FMD)were compared between the two groups. Thesafety of treatment in both groups was also statistically compared. Results The total clinical efficacy rate(87.80％)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.98％),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of CRP and Hcy decreased significantly in both groups with the observation group showing significantly lower levels compared to the control group (P<0.05). TCM syndrome scores decreased and FMD values increased after treatment in both groups. The ob-servation group had lower TCM syndrome scores and higher FMD value compared to the control groupt,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The safety of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The Yiqi-Poxue-Huatan Decoction can significantly reduce the levels of CRP and Hcy in patients with angina after coro-nary artery revascularization. It also improves the endothelial function of patients and their TCM syndrome. Ad-ditionally,it has shown better clinical efficacy and a certain level of safety.
