The relationship between serum miR-149,miR-132 and the occurrence of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients
Objective To explore the relationship between serum miR-149,miR-132 and the oc-currence of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients. Methods From April 2021 to April 2023,75 high-risk HPV positive cervical cancer patients admitted to Chengdu First People's Hospital were regarded as the study group;75 high-risk HPV positive were regarded as the control group.QRT-PCR was applied to de-tect the serum levels of miR-149 and miR-132 in the study subjects.Pearson correlation was applied to analyze the correlation between serum levels of miR-149 and miR-132.Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was applied to analyze the clinical value of serum miR-149 and miR-132 levels in predicting the occurrence of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of miR-149 and miR-132 in the study group were obviously reduced(P<0.05).Pearson's method showed a positive correlation between serum miR-149 level and miR-132 level in high-risk HPV posi-tive cervical cancer patients(P<0.001).The overexpression of miR-149 and miR-132 in serum were protective factors for cervical cancer in high-risk HPV-positive patients(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of se-rum miR-149 and miR-132 levels alone and in combination in predicting the occurrence of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients was 0.849,0.895,and 0.918,respectively,the combination of the two was better than the prediction of serum miR-149 alone(P=0.002).Conclusion MiR-149 and miR-132 are low ex-pressed in the serum of high-risk HPV positive cervical cancer patients, and they are closely related to the oc-currence of cervical cancer in high-risk HPV positive patients.
