Effect of laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty on clinical efficacy and serum IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels in children with ureteropelvic junction stenosis
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty on the clini-cal efficacy and serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in children with ureteropelvic junction stenosis.Methods A total of 93 patients with ureteropelvic junction stenosis were admitted to Henan Children's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the difference in treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:the con-trol group(46 cases,open dismembered pyeloplasty)and the observation group(47 cases,laparoscopic dis-membered pyeloplasty).The therapeutic effects,clinical indicators(such as operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time),inflammatory factor levels(IL-6,TNF-α,CRP),complications and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP in the two groups showed an increasing trend,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.13%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy and safety for children with ureteropelvic junction stenosis.It can also improve the level of inflammation in children,and promote their recovery.
