Study on the Risk Factors of Juvenile Delinquency in the Field Based on YLS/CMI Evaluation
The occurrence of juvenile delinquency often has multiple causes, and the correction of the perpetrator can't be achieved overnight. If the internal factors such as the causes, essence, and charac-teristics of the problems are not analyzed and summarized enough,as well as the external factors that af-fect the growth and education of minors are not understood and grasped enough, the role of targeted and adaptive punishment and rescue measures would be very limited. To provide effective solutions, the YLS/CMI scale was applied to assess the personal risk of 40 juvenile delinquents. With semi-structured inter-views,an empirical research method combining quantitative and qualitative research was used to accu-rately identify the risk factor status and protection situation in the"field"of family, school and social life. From the perspective of the"production chain"of delinquent behavior, multiple"psychological dy-namic fields"that affect behavior were located, and the direction and path of juvenile delinquent behavior correction were clarified. The focus of risk control should be on the critical education"field",set person-alized correction scripts, enhance the joint protection of multiple"fields",and build a new social govern-ance pattern of co-governance,co-construction and sharing.
