保健品中小分子非法添加物的质谱分析技术研究进展

近年来,随着人口老龄化程度加剧,全球保健品行业迅猛发展.保健产品的生产原料不透明性及其礼品属性导致行业利润极高.为追求经济效益,不法厂家在保健品中非法添加具有生物活性的小分子化合物以提升产品效果,对消费者的身体健康乃至生命安全产生严重隐患和威胁.因此,针对保健品中的小分子非法添加物建立准确、快速的检测方法对保健品的质量监控和消费者的安全保障具有重要意义.保健品的化学成分复杂,大大增加了该类产品中特定添加物的检测难度.质谱及相关联用技术作为对复杂基质当中小分子化合物进行定性、定量检测的主要手段,在保健品中小分子非法添加物的检测领域具有明显优势.介绍了质谱技术在检测保健品中非法添加物领域的应用现状并对未来的技术发展方向进行了展望,未来应重点关注保健品剂型和复杂基质对检测的影响、高通量检测方法的建立、衍生物的检测等研究方向.
Advances of Mass Spectrometry Analysis for Small Molecular Illegal Additives in Health Care Products
With the increasing aging of the population,the global health product industry has developed rapidly in the few decades.The opacity of raw materials and gift properties of health care products lead to extremely high profits in the health products industries.To pursue economic benefits,some illegal manu-facturers illegally add prohibited small molecular compounds with biological activities to health care prod-ucts to improve their efficacy,which has serious hidden dangers and threats to consumers'health and e-ven life safety.Therefore,the establishment of accurate and rapid detection methods for illegal small mo-lecular additives in health care products is of great significance for the quality control of health care prod-ucts and safety of consumers.However,the complex chemical composition of health care products makes them difficult to detect specific additives.As the main method of qualitative and quantitative detection of small molecule agents in complex matrix,mass spectrometry and its associated combined technologies have obvious advantages in the detection of illegal small molecular additives in health care products.The applications of mass spectrometry in the detection of illegal small molecular additives in health products are introduced,and the future development direction of detection technologies are also prospected.Fur-thermore,the influence of dosage forms and complex substrates on detection,the establishment of high-throughput detection methods and the detection of derivatives should be focused on in the future.
