基于图像处理的车辆"鳞"状刮擦痕迹特征研究

目前,在交通事故处理实务中,对于车体刮擦痕迹鉴定研究集中在车漆的留存性检验和碰撞部位的确认方面,对在碰撞中形成的"鳞"状刮擦痕迹图像学特征缺乏深入探讨.首先分析车漆分层结构和涂层特性,阐释"鳞"状刮擦痕迹形成机理,然后对典型事故案例图像进行采集处理,通过改进EDCircle算法挖掘图像细节特征.以选取案例为基础,夹角范围设定在[10°,30°)区间,识别准确率能够达到90%以上,漏检率低于30%.最后通过案例验证,"鳞"状刮擦痕迹图像分析方法具有较高的情景重建能力,作为鉴定技术手段,可有力支撑事故的认定工作.
Feature Identification of Scale-like Scraping Mark on Cars Based on Image Processing
Nowadays,the research on scratching mark identification of cars focuses on paint existence de-tection and collision site confirmation in the practice of traffic accident treatment,and the image features of scale-like scratching mark caused in accident lack of in-depth discussion.Firstly,the layered structure and coating characteristics of car paint were analyzed,and the formation mechanism of the scale-like scratching mark was illustrated.Then,the images from typical accident were collected and processed,and an improved algorithm based on EDCircle was applied to delve the detailed features of the images.Based on the selected cases,when the range of the included angles was set in the range[10,30),the recognition accuracy rate could beyond 90%with a loss rate of less than 30%.Finally,with the verifica-tion by crash cases,theory of scale-like scratching mark mentioned was of high capacity to reconstruct the accident scene,which was a powerful measure of identification to strongly support the identification of ac-cidents.
