Establishment and Validity Test of the Evaluation Scale of On-site Law Enforcement Ability of Front-line Police
The complexity of the on-site law enforcement environment of the front-line police, the fre-quent occurrence of police-related public opinion cases, and the inevitability of law enforcement under the lens put forward higher requirements for the on-site law enforcement capability of the front-line police.By integrating factors such as national laws and regulations, law enforcement needs of front-line police of-ficers and resolving public opinion risks, the requirements of on-site law enforcement capability for front-line police are conceptualized and summarized from the bottom up based on the grounded theory. The re-lationship between concepts is sought to establish an evaluation model of front-line police's on-site law en-forcement capabilities, and quantitatively verify the evaluation model through factor analysis. The results show that the constructed evaluation model can comprehensively reflect the requirements of on-site law en-forcement capability of front-line police and has a certain reference value for front-line police training.
