Reflection on the Application Strategy of Artificial Intelligence Technology Embedded in Smart Police Service
Since OpenAI released its generative artificial intelligence application,artificial intelligence technologies represented by ChatGPT have developed rapidly.Based on industry data resources and digit-al construction experience,the characteristics of autonomous learning,knowledge equality,and intelli-gent generation of general large models have broad potential application value in the public security indus-try,but there are also objective concerns such as complex application environments and limited computing resources.Based on this,the SWOT tool is introduced to systematically plan the application strategy of embedding artificial intelligence technology into smart policing.Starting from four influencing factors:in-ternal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities,and external threats,the strategy direc-tions of active expansion(SO),path transformation(WO),diversified development(ST),and risk re-sistance(WT)are analyzed.The system construction is carried out from five aspects:resources,person-nel,norms,tools,and technology,providing path references for the integration of artificial intelligence technology and smart policing applications in the public security industry.
