Cluster Status and Regional Distributing Features of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry
Basing on 2006-2010 inter-provincial panel data, this paper estimated the agglomeration level of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry and analysed the regional distribution characteristics from the region and industry perspective separately .The results show that： the industry agglomeration level of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry varied greatly and showed a slow downward trend. Regional development was extremely unbalanced. Accordingly, the author put forward some suggestions from regional and industry angles to promote the regional coordinated development of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry.
