Preventing the disorderly expansion of digital capital is of great significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.The large-scale and irrational expansion of digital capital will lead to risks such as the monopoly of digital platforms,the imbalance of digital capital distribution and the widening of the digital wealth gap.The expansion of digital capital usually depends on the logic of scale,the logic of spatial and the logic of power.Therefore,preventing the expansion of scale based on improper means,avoiding the imbalance of spatial distribution and restricting the abuse of digital power are regulation principles to prevent the disorderly expansion of digital capital and overcome the risks caused by it.Guided by the goal of normalizing and guiding the healthy development of digital capital,through the coordinated application of incentive regulatory tools and binding regulatory tools,and at the same time,the construction of a responsive regulatory model is a feasible strategy to prevent the risk of disorderly expansion of digital capital in practice.
