Digital Transformation,Platformization Transformation and Enterprise Innovation Performance:Analysis based on the Paradigm of"Technology——Organization-Innovation"
The world is under the background of deep integration of digital technology and real economy with intensifying global innovation competition.Digital transformation and platformization,while shaping the innovation ecosystem enabling diverse interaction and overall evolution,are important ways to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises.This research constructs the theoretical framework of"technology-organization-innovation"by introducing digital elements and platform concepts.On this basis,how digital transformation promote the platformization of enterprises and further improve enterprise innovation performance is studied.Based on the unbalanced panel data of listed manufacturing companies in China from 2014 to 2021,the relationship between digital transformation,platformization and enterprise innovation performance is empirically tested.The results show that:Digital transformation can generally promote the innovation performance of enterprises,and the effect is more significant for enterprises with higher digitization level and higher ownership concentration.Digital transformation promotes the platformization of enterprises,and further improves the innovation performance of enterprises.The promotion of digital transformation to platformization is realized through specialization and enterprise interconnection,which are two important dimensions of industrial internet platform.It is suggested to promote the digital transformation and platformization of manufacturing enterprises and to give full play to the role of digital platforms as innovative infrastructure,which can improve the innovation performance of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
