Further Discussion on New Quality Productive Forces:Misunderstandings,Formation Conditions,and Implementation Paths
Since the proposal of new quality productive forces,related research has become a hot topic of academic attention.However,the current understandings of new quality productive forces are not sufficient,and there are misunderstandings in people's understanding of new quality productive forces.For example,excluding traditional industries from the industrial foundation of new quality productive forces;dening the important role of the government in promoting technological innovation to form new quality productive forces;confusing the boundary between the progress of productive forces and the formation of new quality productive forces.On the basis of clarifying the above misunderstandings,this article clarifies the conditions for the formation of new quality productive forces from four aspects:institutional guarantee,technical support,market conditions,and industrial foundation.The formation of new quality productive forces should start from the following aspects:improve the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide under the leadership of the CPC,and strengthen the institutional guarantee for the formation of new quality productive forces;accelerate the realization of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and stimulate the formation of innovative driving forces for new quality productive forces;building a mature domestic unified large market and consolidating the market foundation for forming new quality productive forces;building a sound modern industrial system and solidifying the industrial foundation for the formation of new quality productive forces.
