The Intrinsic Mechanism and Strategic Choices of Promoting Common Prosperity through New Quality Productive Forces
The essence of new quality productive forces is the organic combination of technological innovation and industrial innovation.Developing new quality productive forces has important strategic significance.On a theoretical level,developing new quality productive forces is a further innovation of Marxist productive forces theory in the new era;in practical terms,new quality productive forces are the breakthrough point for forming a new development pattern;from the perspective of long-term practice,the new quality productivity can become a powerful driving force to promote Chinese path to modernization.New quality productive forces solidly promote common prosperity through economic empowerment,employment foundation building,regional linkage,spiritual shaping,and environmental protection.At the same time,promoting common prosperity through new quality productive forces faces four dilemmas:digital divide,labor security,platform monopoly,and industrial shortcomings.In order to better promote common prosperity with new quality productive forces,we should narrow the digital divide between regions and groups,improve the labor rights protection system for practitioners in new formats,guide the standardized and healthy development of platform economy,and enhance the resilience and competitiveness of industrial and supply chains.
