区域绿色创新能力的驱动模式及其内在机制:基于绿色创新生态系统视角

以中国30个省份为研究样本,采用组态思维和模糊集定性比较分析方法,基于绿色创新生态系统视角,探讨环境、资源、主体对区域绿色创新能力的联动效应以及互动匹配模式所蕴含的运行机制.研究发现:绿色创新主体是促进区域高水平绿色创新能力提升的必要条件;区域高绿色创新能力的背后逻辑是由多重因素并发且协同匹配形成的多种不同路径,主要包括政府支持下的主体双轮驱动型、金融环境缺失下的技术主体弥补型、环境规制下的产学研促进型三种驱动模式.促进区域绿色创新均衡化稳步发展,应持续推进企业主体、市场导向、政府支持的绿色创新体系建设,大力培育以绿色技术、绿色项目、绿色产业为 目标的政产研学战略联盟,加大绿色创新体制机制的精准化创设和协同化推进力度.
Driving Models and Intrinsic Mechanisms of Regional Green Innovation Capability:Based on the Perspective of the Green Innovation Ecosystem
Taking 30 provinces in China as research samples,using configuration thinking and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods,based on the perspective of green innovation ecosystem,this study explores the linkage effect of environment,resources,and subjects on regional green innovation capabilities,as well as the operational mechanism contained in the interactive matching model.Research has found that green innovation entities are a necessary condition for promoting regional high-level green innovation capabilities.The underlying logic of regional high green innovation capability is the concurrent and collaborative matching of multiple factors to form multiple different paths,mainly including the dual wheel drive model of government supported entities,the technology subject compensation model in the absence of financial environment,and the industry university research promotion model under environmental regulation.In order to promote the balanced and steady development of regional green innovation,we should continue to promote the construction of a green innovation system with enterprise as the main body,market orientation,and government support,vigorously cultivate political industry research strategic alliances with green technology,green projects,and green industries as the goals,and increase the precision creation and collaborative promotion of green innovation system mechanisms.
