System Integration:the Basic Methodology for Developing New Quality Productivity Forces
Developing new quality productivity forces has important practical significance for China's modernization construction and high-quality development.Based on the review and evaluation of existing research literature,it is emphasized that theoretical research must focus on the methodology of developing new quality productivity forces,and system integration is the fundamental methodology for developing new quality productivity forces in China.From a logical and practical perspective,the methodology of system integration is mainly reflected in the nested relationship between the goals,carriers,subjects,and mechanisms of developing new quality productivity forces,and there are also close connections among different components within these four.The problem of developing new quality productivity forces in China can be grasped from the perspective of the"four in one"of goals,carriers,subjects,and mechanisms.The development of new quality productivity forces in China is a systematic and historic process of productivity transition.According to the methodology of system integration,the main policy orientation for the development of new quality productivity forces in China can be logically and consistently extended.
