工业智能化的产业链韧性提升效应:理论机制与经验证据

推动"补链""延链""强链"是产业链韧性提升与产业链安全构建的关键,而这离不开先进技术的广泛参与和规模化应用.工业智能化作为新一轮技术革命的典型代表,势必会对产业链韧性产生不容忽视的影响.从多维度构建并测算工业智能化指数,利用样本数据定量检验工业智能化对产业链韧性的影响,结果表明:工业智能化能够显著促进产业链韧性提升,且这一作用在经过稳健性与内生性检验后依然成立;要素高效配置及知识溢出是工业智能化作用于产业链韧性的主要机制;异质性分析发现,在工业化阶段、小市场规模、沿海及北方地区工业智能化对产业链韧性的提升作用更明显;工业智能化效果的发挥依赖于外部环境,人力资本积累与市场化改革均会增强工业智能化对产业链韧性的提升作用.
The Effect of Industrial Intelligence on the Enhancement of Industrial Chain Resilience:Theoretical Mechanisms and Empirical Evidence
Promoting chain supplementing,extending,and strengthening is crucial for improving the resilience and safety of the industrial chain,and accomplishing this goal requires widespread adoption and large-scale implementation of advanced technology.As a typical example of the new round of technological revolution,industrial intelligence is expected to have a significant impact on the resilience of the industrial chain.This paper starts from the multidimensional construction and measurement of the industrial intelligence index,and uses sample data to quantitatively assess the impact of industrial intelligence on the resilience of the industrial chain.The results show that industrial intelligence can significantly improve the industrial chain resilience,and this effect still holds true after robustness and endogeneity tests.The efficient allocation of factors and knowledge spillover are the main mechanisms through which industrial intelligence affects the resilience of the industrial chain.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that industrial intelligence has a more pronounced effect on enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain in the industrialization stage,small market scale,and coastal and northern regions.Moreover,the effectiveness of industrial intelligence depends on the external environment,and both the accumulation of human capital and market-oriented reforms enhance its impact on the resilience of the industrial chain.
