The deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation is a basic requirement for developing new quality productivity forces.It is necessary to not only play the leading role of industrial innovation in the demand for scientific and technological innovation,but also play the core supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in industrial innovation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of strategies such as innovation driven,manufacturing strong,and technology strong,the role of China's scientific and technological innovation in empowering the construction of a modern industrial system has been significantly enhanced and fully highlighted.However,China's scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation still faces problems such as insufficient technology supply,incomplete integration ecology,lack of prominent key subject status,and insufficient factor support.The root cause is that there are still some"middle obstacles"in China's scientific and technological production relations and superstructure that are not suitable for the development of scientific and technological productivity,and the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the scientific and technological system reform and establish a sound scientific and technological system mechanism that is in line with the requirements of the development of new quality productive forces.
