Potential Risks and Countermeasures in the Process of Digital Trade Openness
In recent years,digital trade has developed rapidly and gradually become a new motivation of the development international trade.In order to obtain the international competitive advantage of digital trade,the developed countries continue to promote the degree of digital trade openness from the breadth and depth,and lead to the formation of the"U.S.Version","EU Version"and"Asia-Pacific Version"of the digital trade openness.However,the digital trade openness has also brought potential risks.In order to promote the development of China's digital trade,it is crucial to take into account security problems while promoting the openness of digital trade.The potential risks of digital trade openness can be interpreted from the perspectives of industrial development,digital hegemony and internal digital governance capacity.Digital trade openness brings industrial development risk,big data leakage risk,the risk of not being able to integrate into the new international rules of digital trade,and the risk of global value chain participation.Therefore,it is recommended that China should explore the integration of digital trade openness and security,improve the regulatory system for cross-border flow of data,actively participate in the negotiation of global digital trade rules,improve the digital trade governance capacity,strengthen firm's digital management capacity,and increase the theoretical research on digital trade openness and security.
