New Urban Industry:Causes,Connotation,Characteristics,and Development Strategies
New urban industry,as a new form of industry,is the urban space industry expression of the new quality productivity forces.On the basis of summarizing and refining the basic connotation of new urban industry,the basic characteristics are summarized and discussed from six aspects:industrial spatial form,industrial form,development system,micro-operation main body,regional industrial attribute and regional industrial governance mode.Focusing on the current development trend of industry-city-people integration,governments at all levels in China should make positive policy responses in reconstructing multiple interest relationships,reallocating urban industrial resources,accelerating digital and intelligent transformation,enriching high-end producer service industries,accelerating the construction of new infrastructure,shaping a new relationship between industry and community,and promoting pilot demonstrations on the basis of forming a consensus on the development of new urban industries.
