[目的]探讨圆齿野鸦椿(Euscaphis konishii Hayata)SPL家族成员的组成及在花和果中的表达模式.[方法]利用生物信息方法系统鉴定和分析圆齿野鸦椿EjSPLs基因家族.[结果](1)在基因组中共鉴定到26个具有SBP保守结构域的EjSPLs基因,非均匀地分布在12条染色体上,并有13对基因发生了片段复制.(2)顺式元件分析表明,EjSPLs基因受光、植物激素的调控.(3)系统发育分析表明,EjSPLs可分为8个亚家族,同一亚家族成员具有相似的基因结构和保守基序.(4)表达模式分析表明,EjSPLs基因存在组织特异性,但同一亚家族大部分成员的表达模式相似;此外,20个EjSPLs基因主要在花器官或果中表达,其中7个仅在果的绿果期、变色期、红果期表达.[结论]本研究结果提供了圆齿野鸦椿SPL基因家族的全面信息,揭示了EjSPL在其花和果中的表达模式,为阐明EjSPLs基因的生物学过程奠定了理论基础.
[Purpose]The objective of this study was to investigate the composition of SPL gene family members in Euscaphis kon-ishii Hay ata and their expression pattern of SPL gene in flowers and fruits of E.konishii.[Method]A bioinformatic approach was used to systematically identify and analyse the EjSPLs.[Result](1)The results showed that a total of 26 EjSPLs genes with SBP-conserved structural domains were identified in the E.konishii genome,which were non-uniformly distributed on 12 chromosomes,and 13 pairs of genes were found to undergo segmental duplication.(2)Cis-element analysis showed that EjSPLs genes were regula-ted by light and phytohormones.(3)The EjSPLs were classified into eight subfamilies by phylogenetic analysis,and members of the same subfamily had similar gene structures and conserved motifs.(4)Expression pattern analysis showed that EjSPLs genes were tis-sue-specific,but most members of the same subfamily had similar expression patterns;moreover,20 EjSPLs genes were mainly ex-pressed in the floral organs or fruits,and seven of them were only expressed at the green,colour change and red fruiting stages.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide comprehensive information on the SPL gene family of E.konishii,reveal the expres-sion pattern of EjSPL in flowers and fruits,which lay a theoretical foundation for elucidating the biological process of SPL genes.
