Because of the history and application scenarios,geographic information data has variety of formats and do not have a unified coordinate system.Coordinate transformation is needed for the data application and sharing.However,the functions of existing coordinate transformation software are not complete,which support only small amounts of data formats and rely on the third party platform.Aiming at the problems,this paper analyzes the key technologies of coordinate conversion software and designs software based on open source library.The system supports multiple formats two and three dimensional geographic information data and has complete functions,high conversion efficiency and simple operation.Good application results have been achieved in a number of cities.
