超欠挖是钻爆法隧道施工难以避免的问题,严重的超欠挖将影响施工安全、工程施工成本以及建设质量等,精准的超欠挖检测可以反映隧道爆破开挖质量,为后期支护成本提供依据,保障隧道工程的安全。本文提出一种基于激光点云的隧道超欠挖检测方法,将点云数据投影至断面坐标系,结合设计数据进行超欠挖检测;利用 Visual Studio 平台开发相应软件,实现超欠挖量、面积和体积的计算与精度评价;调用OpenGL API,以断面图、三维图与平铺图的形式实现超欠挖可视化,结合报表对检测结果进行表达。经过实测数据验证,本文方法的检测结果高效准确,表达效果形象直观,可满足隧道施工过程中超欠挖检测的需求。
Detection and expression of tunnel overbreak and underbreak based on laser point clouds
Over and under excavation is an unavoidable problem in tunnel construction using drilling and blasting methods.Severe over and under excavation will affect construction safety,engineering construction costs,and construction quality.Accurate detection of over and under excavation can reflect the quality of tunnel blasting excavation,provide a basis for later support costs,and ensure the safety of tunnel engineering.This article proposes a method of tunnel over and under excavation detection based on laser point cloud data,the point cloud data is projected onto the cross-sectional coordinate system and then compared with the design data.A corresponding software is developed by using the Visual Studio platform to achieve the calculation and accuracy evaluation of over and under excavation area and volume,OpenGL API is called to achieve visualization of the cross-section,3D,and tile views,and the detection results are expressed in reports.Through the verification by using measured data,the detection results of this method are efficient and accurate,and the expression effect is visual,which can meet the requirements of over and under excavation detection during tunnel construction.
