As a real,three-dimensional,time-series spatiotemporal information,3D realistic geospatial scene can realize the real-time connection between digital space and real space,intuitively presents the original appearance of the city,provide more powerful data support for urban governance,and effectively support the high-quality development of the city.Based on the achievements of basic geographic information data construction in Zhongshan City,this paper first describes the smart community data system based on 3D realistic geospatial scene,then proposes the design idea of smart community refined governance platform,and enumerates its key technologies and application effects in population management,pandemic prevention and control,community security and other fields.
