GPS/Galileo/BDS multi-frequency and multi-mode PPP positioning performance evaluation
The rapid development of the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)provides a variety of data.Multi-frequency and multimode precision single point positioning(PPP)is an important trend for future positioning. Now,the performance of four different combinations(GPS+BDS/GPS+Galileo/BDS+Galileo/GPS+Galileo+BDS)multi-frequency and multimode PPP positioning is evaluated.Static and dynamic experiments are carried out with the help of 60 day observation data from 12 stations in the MGEX tracking station. The experimental results show that the four different combinations of multi-frequency and multi-mode PPP results are of centimeter level. The positioning accuracy of GPS+BDS,GPS+Galileo and BDS+Galileo dual-system combination positioning in the N,E and U directions is basically the same, and the positioning accuracy in the U direction is the worst. The PPP results of the three systems(GPS+Galileo+BDS)can improve the static and dynamic positioning accuracy,in which the average positioning accuracy of static positioning in the N,E and U directions can be increased by 10.98%,11.82%and 9.18%respectively,and the dynamic positioning accuracy in the direction of N,E and U can be improved by 10.96%,7.52%and 8.23%respectively.Multi-frequency and multimode PPP can improve the positioning accuracy in urban complex environment.
