The core of the new fundamental surveying and mapping and the construction of real scene 3D China is the construction of fundamental geographic entities,while the core of fundamental geographic entities is the construction of relationships and semantic rules between entities.This article first introduces the content of fundamental geographic entity relationships and semantization,as well as the basic process of construction;Secondly,a detailed introduction is given to the basic geographic entity relationships and semantic rule configuration,storage,and construction techniques;Finally,using the object-oriented programming language C#,the entity relationship and semantic construction function are developed,meeting the needs of entity relationship and semantic rule construction in the production stage of fundamental geographic entity data,and achieving on-demand customization of entity relationship and semantic rule configuration.
