Due to process adjustment,a frame-seismic wall structure of Sinvoac changed its fortification category and adopted seismic isolation for reinforcement.In this paper,the elastoplastic analysis of rare earthquakes is carried out by constructing an elastoplastic model.The results show that after the seismic isolation and reinforcement of the structure,the key indicators such as the story drift angle,anti-overturning resistance,and shear-weight ratio in both directions of the floors above the seismic isolation layer can meet the requirements of rare earthquakes.The total energy consumed by the isolation bearing is close to 2/3 of the seismic input energy;the tensile strength,compressive strength and displacement of the seismic isolation bearing all meet the requirements of the code under rare earthquakes;the components above the seismic isolation layer have not been damaged severely;the frame columns supporting the seismic isolation bearing below the seismic isolation layer were reinforced.Finally,it meets the seismic bearing capacity requirements of rare earthquakes.
