The stiffness of structure below transfer floor has a great influence on the regularity of the vertical stiffness and sudden of seismic shear for partial frame-supported shear wall structure. The equivalent stiffness ratio was an important design index to measure stiffness of structure below transfer floor. The equivalent stiffness ratio control of a frame supported shear wall structure on the zone of fortification intensity 8 was analyzed and discussed.First, the equivalent stiffness ratio is modified by linear interpolation of height of structure below transfer floor.By adjusting the floor height and the shear wall thickness of the transfer floor substructure, effects of different equivalent stiffness ratios on overall calculation index of structure, member mechanical performance and overall seismic performance of structure were analyzed. The results show that the greater the equivalent stiffness ratio, the smaller story drift ratio and harmful inter-story drift ratio. When the equivalent stiffness ratio was less than 1.0,the harmful inter-story drift ratio suddenly increases.Setting of transfer floor has a great impact on the shear force distribution of the three floors above the transfer floor. The greater the relative stiffness ratio of frame supported frames, the smaller the mutation degree of shear transfer. With the increase of equivalent stiffness ratio, the main yielding parts of the overall structure are transferred from the bottom of the structure to the parts above the transfer floor.
