摘要

某老旧厂房因年久失修和使用功能的变化,需在原结构基础上进行加固改造.为使改造后的老旧厂房满足抗震性能要求,针对施工全过程并采用"永临结合"的施工理念,形成"永临结合"的加固方式.基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立施工过程中及竣工后老旧厂房的非线性有限元数值模型,并对其抗震性能及加固效果进行评估.结果表明:在当地设防烈度的多遇和罕遇地震作用下,改造加固后的老旧厂房抗震性能得到大幅度提高,且施工时和竣工后的老旧厂房均满足抗震设防目标,老旧厂房施工全过程的加固措施可行有效.

Abstract

An old factory building needs to be reinforced and reconstructed on the basis of the original structure due to disrepair and changes in use functions.In order to make the reconstructed old factory buildings meet the seismic performance requirements,the construction concept of"combination of permanent and temporary reinforcements"is adopted for the whole construction process.Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,a three-dimensional refined nonlinear finite element numerical model of the old factory building during construction and after completion is established,and its seismic performance and reinforcement effect are evaluated.The results show that under the action of frequent and rare earthquakes of the local fortification intensity,the seismic performance of the old factory buildings after renovation and reinforcement has been greatly improved,and the old factory buildings during construction and after completion meet the seismic fortification goals.The reinforcement measures in the whole construction process are feasible and effective.
