The confined water inrushing was triggered by the conversion of an exploration hole into a precipitation well during a precipitation operation,which leads to cavity beneath the foundation slab and causes the uneven settlement of the raft board.Consequently,the superstructure of the underground garage seriously cracked.A solid model of the garage was established by ABAQUS to simulate the deformation and damage of the structural member and to investigate the effect of uneven settlement of the foundation on the bearing structure.Combined with the field measurement results,numerical simulation results and formulas recommended in code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2010),the actual stress state of reinforcing bars in structural elements was obtained,so as to provide a basis for the strengthening design of the garage.Finally,the methods of enlarging the section and sticking carbon fiber cloth were adopted to strengthen the structural members of the garage,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
