摘要

株洲某超高层商住楼结构总高148.6m,为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构超高层建筑.该楼存在高度超限、扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、刚度突变、局部不规则等多项超限内容.采用抗震性能化设计,计算采用YJK、ETABS等软件对结构进行小震弹性计算、弹性时程计算及中震计算,采用SAUSAGE软件进行罕遇地震弹塑性时程计算,并针对超限提出相应的技术措施,分析结果表明整体结构可以达到预定的性能目标.

Abstract

A super high-rise commercial and residential building in Zhuzhou,with a total height of 148.6m,is a super high-rise building with reinforced concrete frame and shear wall structure.The building has several items beyond the limit of the code-specification,such as height exceedance,torsional irregularity,concave and convex irregularity,stiffness mutation,and local irregularity.The performance-based seismic design was used by software YJK and ETABS.For the super high-rise structure,elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes,elastic time history analysis under medium earthquakes were finished.Furthermore,the software SAUSAGE was used to analyze the elastic-plastic time history under rare earthquakes,and the corresponding technical measures were proposed to the transfinite items.The analysis show that the whole structure could achieve the predetermined performance objectives.
