摘要
对550kV HPL柱式断路器原型进行模拟地震振动台试验研究.试验通过白噪声动态特性扫频及标准人工波的抗震性能测试,得到了断路器的动力特性、关键部位的加速度响应与应变响应,并计算分析了位移差值及安全系数.试验现象及数据分析结果表明550kV HPL柱式断路器结构设计合理,绝缘子动应变峰值最大值出现在其根部为2182µε,换算安全系数为2.35,满足规范规定抗震性能要求,本次试验可为同类电力设施性能研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
The simulated seismic shaking table test of the prototype of 550kV HPL column circuit breaker was carried out.In the test,the dynamic characteristics and the seismic performance of standard artificial wave of circuit breaker were tested.The acceleration and strain response of key parts of the circuit breaker were obtained,and the displacement difference and safety factor were calculated and analyzed.Through a combination of test and analysis,it shows that the structure design of 550kV HPL column circuit breaker is reasonable,the strain of the root of the lower support insulator is 2182 µe,and the converted safety factor is 2.35.The test results can meet the seismic performance requirements stipulated in the code.This test can provide reference for the seismic performance research of similar power facilities.
