采用UHPC连接的类承插式桥墩抗震性能数值模拟研究

摘要
采用超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high Performance Concrete,UHPC)材料连接的类承插式桥墩具有施工快速、连接可靠的优点,为研究该装配式桥墩设计参数对其抗震性能的影响,基于ABAQUS有限元分析平台建立整体现浇桥墩和类承插式桥墩的非线性有限元模型并进行验证,进行低周往复荷载数值模拟,对比两种桥墩模型抗震性能,并在此基础上研究轴压比、承插深度、灌浆料对类承插式桥墩抗震性能的影响.结果表明:本文针对UHPC连接的装配式桥墩建模合理,可为类承插式桥墩抗震性能分析提供参考;采用UHPC连接的类承插式桥墩与现浇桥墩的承载能力基本一致,刚度、延性和耗能能力也基本等同于现浇桥墩;随着轴压比的增大,类承插式桥墩的初始刚度和承载能力都得到提升,但试件的延性降低,刚度退化速度加快;承插深度应达到0.5D(D为墩柱直径或宽度)及以上才可保证类承插式桥墩灌浆料与承台的紧密受力与钢筋锚固的可靠性,在合理的承插连接设置下,承插深度对抗震性能影响不大;高强灌浆料的强度对类承插式桥墩抗震性能影响非常小,但是弹性模量的大小直接影响到试件抗侧向刚度.
Abstract
To study the influence of the design parameters on the seismic performance of this assembled pier,the nonlinear finite element models of monolithic cast-in-place pier and socket-type pier were established and validated based on software ABAQUS.Numerical simulations of the seismic performance of the two pier models were performed under low cycle reciprocal loading,the effects of axial compression ratio,socket depth and grout strength on the seismic performance of the socket-type pier were investigated.The results show that the modeling of the assembled pier with UHPC connection is reasonable and can provide reference for the seismic performance analysis of the socket-type pier;the bearing capacity of the socket-type pier with UHPC connection is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place pier,and the stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity are basically the same as those of the cast-in-place pier;with the increase of the axial compression ratio,the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of the socket-type pier are improved,but the ductility of the specimen is reduced and the degradation of stiffness is accelerated;the depth of socketing should reach 0.5D(D is the diameter or width of the pier)and above to ensure the reliability of the close force and anchorage of the reinforcement of the socketed pier grout and the bearing platform,under the reasonable socketing connection setting,the socketing depth has little effect on the seismic performance;the strength of the high-strength grout has very little effect on the seismic performance of the socketed pier,but the modulus of elasticity size directly affects the lateral stiffness of the specimen.
