既有砌体结构外套门式刚架-内置预应力拉杆成套加固技术研究

摘要
针对老旧小区入户加固困难的问题,基于悬索桥荷载悬吊理论和拉杆拱理论,提出外套门式刚架-拉杆加固方法,通过在砌体结构外部增设钢筋混凝土门式刚架和预应力拉杆,提高既有砌体结构的竖向承载力和水平抗震性能.研发了墙内长距离钻孔设备和成套工艺,为本加固方法的实现提供了技术支撑.在此基础上,本文进行了外套钢筋混凝土门式刚架加固砖墙的拟静力试验及竖向承压试验,并进行有限元数值模拟,建立了外套门式刚架加固计算方法.研究表明,外套门式刚架-拉杆加固技术可以大幅提升既有砌体结构的抗震承载力,显著提高墙体竖向承载力.
Abstract
In view of the difficulty in strengthening old residential areas,external portal rigid frame with built-in prestressed tendons reinforcement method,a new reinforcement technology based on the load-suspension theory of suspension bridge and the rod-arch theory is proposed to improve the vertical bearing capacity and horizontal seismic performance of existing masonry structures by adding reinforced concrete gantry rigid frame and prestressed tendons to the exterior of the masonry structure.The long distance drilling equipment and complete set of technology in the wall are developed,which provides technical support for the realization of this reinforcement method.In this study,the pseudo-static test and vertical pressure test of reinforced concrete portal rigid frame reinforced brick wall were carried out,and finite element numerical simulation was carried out,and the calculation method of reinforced brick wall with gantry frame is established.The research shows that the technology of external portal rigid frame with built-in prestressed tendons reinforcement can greatly improve the seismic bearing capacity and the vertical bearing capacity of existing masonry structures.
