摘要

针对我国西南山区高烈度区大墩高差连续梁桥的抗震难题,提出在桥梁抗震设计时混合使用高面压聚氨酯支座与分离式隔震支座来调节桥墩之间的刚度差距.针对分离式隔震支座进行了一系列试验,研究了支座耗能构件单独工作及支座整体工作时的力学性能,并结合以往学者进行的高面压聚氨酯支座试验研究了新型隔震装置的力学性能.结果表明两种新型隔震装置合理搭配,具有良好的隔震性能与刚度调节能力.在试验结果基础上,采用Midas Civil进行建模,对位于我国西南山区某高速公路沿线的某座具有典型特点的实际桥梁进行有限元分析,结果表明该隔震装置对于大墩高差连续梁桥具有良好的减震效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the seismic problem of continuous girder bridges with large piers with height difference in high intensity area in southwest China,this paper proposes to use high surface pressure polyurethane supports and separate isolation supports to adjust the stiffness gap between piers in seismic design.A series of tests were carried out for the separated isolation bearings,and the mechanical properties of the dissipative bearing components of working separately and as a whole were studied.The mechanical properties of the new isolation device were studied in combination with the tests of high surface pressure polyurethane bearing conducted by previous scholars.The results show that the two new isolation devices have good isolation performance and stiffness adjustment ability.On the basis of the test results,Software Midas/Civil is used to model a typical bridge along a highway in the southwest mountainous area of China.The finite element analysis shows that the isolation device has good damping effect on the continuous beam bridge with large pier height difference.
