摘要
随着新兴战略性产业的飞速发展,软件工程专业人才需要不断适应行业的新趋势.当前软件工程专业实践教学体系中仍存在短板问题,引入CDIO教育理念下"六位一体"的渐进式实践教学体系,将学生能力与职业素养的培养为导向贯穿于实践教学全过程,通过实践教学模式的改革,逐步培养适应企业岗位需求的高素质软件技术人才,提升软件工程专业学生的就业竞争力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of emerging strategic industries,software engineering professionals need to constantly adapt to new trends in the industry.There are still shortcomings in the current practical teaching system for software engineer-ing majors.The introduction of the"six in one"progressive practical teaching system under the CDIO education concept will guide the cultivation of student abilities and professional qualities throughout the entire process of practical teaching.Through the reform of the practical teaching mode,high-quality software technology talents that meet the needs of enterprise positions will be gradually cultivated to enhance the employment competitiveness of software engineering students.
