Research on the Optimization of Working Mechanism of"Double-qualified"Teachers in Vocational Colleges
Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used in this article to decompose the elements related to the total evaluation decision-making of"dual teacher"teachers into levels such as goals,criteria,and plans.Based on this,qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted to determine the double-qualified teacher evaluation system of vocational colleges composed of multiple primary and sec-ondary indicators,and the weights of each level of indicators are obtained,ultimately forming a quantitative evaluation system for double-qualified teachers.This system can effectively quantify the quality evaluation of double-qualified teachers.Finally,based on the characteristics of four new characteristics,such as new formats,new models,new technologies,and new professions,innovative suggestions are proposed for the cultivation of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges.
