高职课程闭环管理模式的研究——以Windows Server操作系统管理课程为例

"互联网+"背景下,技术的进步、产业形态以及生产组织方式的变革,带来了职业形态的不断演进及岗位对人才素质需求的变化,Windows Server操作系统管理课程作为计算机网络技术专业的专业核心课程,具有较强的实操性.为解决教材的内容无法与教师构建的项目化内容相匹配、配套在线课程资源的更新不及时等问题,教学团队以"互联网+"为助力,课程内容动态更新为基础,产业发展需求为导向,课程资源的动态建设为抓手,课程教学实施为保障,形成基于"互联网+产业需求"的"三动循环式"高职课程管理模式.实践研究证明,新的管理模式的实施激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教师团队教学能力,提升了Windows Server操作系统管理课程的教学实施效果.
Research on the Closed-loop Management Model of Vocational Courses——Take Windows Server Operating System Management for Example
Under the background of"Internet+",technological progress,industrial form and production organization mode change have brought about the continuous evolution of occupational form and the change of post's demand for talent quality.As the core pro-fessional course of computer network technology,Windows Server Operating System Management is highly practical.In order to solve the problems such as the content of teaching materials cannot match the project-based content constructed by teachers,and the supporting online curriculum resources are not updated in time,the teaching team has formed a"three action cycle"higher voca-tional curriculum management model based on"Internet+",the dynamic update of curriculum content as the basis,the demand for industrial development as the guide,the dynamic construction of curriculum resources as the starting point,and the implementation of curriculum teaching as the guarantee.Practical research has shown that the implementation of the new management model has stimulated students'interest in learning,improved the teaching ability of the teacher team,and enhanced the teaching implementa-tion effect of Windows Server Operating System Management.
