摘要
知识图谱是结构化的语义知识库,以三元组形式表达,能方便高效地进行知识推理和决策.尽管知识图谱在各领域应用广泛,但在旅游领域的应用率和普及度较低,相关研究缺乏.通过整合多源数据,关注游客实际问题,采用自上而下法构建桂林旅游知识图谱.主要步骤包括手动构建知识图谱模式层、数据层构建、本体概念层次结构及旅游者评论信息的结构化处理和存储.最后运用图数据库可视化功能和查询功能进行深入挖掘分析.以期通过本研究为桂林旅游领域的知识管理和决策提供有力支持.
Abstract
Knowledge graph is a structured semantic knowledge base expressed in triplet form,which can facilitate efficient knowl-edge reasoning and decision-making.Although knowledge graphs are widely used in various fields,their application rate and popu-larity in the tourism field are relatively low,and related research is lacking.This article aims to construct a knowledge graph in the tourism of Guilin,integrates multi-source data,pays attention to the actual problems of tourists,and adopts a top-down approach for construction.The main steps include manually constructing the knowledge graph pattern layer,constructing the data layer,construct-ing the ontology concept hierarchy,and structuring and storing tourist comment information.Finally,it uses the visualization and query functions of the graph database to conduct in-depth mining and analysis.It is hoped that this study will provide strong support for knowledge management and decision-making in the tourism field of Guilin.
