Design and Realization of Meteorological Uplink Data Monitoring System
Accurate weather forecast can bring great social and economic benefits to ensure the safety of people's life and property.Accurate weather forecast requires accurate and timely meteorological observation data.At present,there are 580 kinds of meteoro-logical observation data in Fujian Province.Among them,there are 17 kinds of data such as BUFR data of national regional stations,BUFR data of high-altitude reports,and fine reports of cities and towns.The uplink data of these evaluations play an important role in making accurate weather forecasts.In order to ensure the accurate and timely transmission of each type of uplink data,this paper studies the development model of front-end and back-end separation and the SpringBoot+React framework and develops a meteoro-logical uplink data monitoring system.The system realizes the functions of monitoring the sending and receiving situation of uplink data,displaying the sending and receiving details of each uplink data,the alarm function of uplink data,and quickly locating the server with missing data.The system was officially put into operation in March 2021.The system operation is stable and reliable,and the timely transmission rate of uplink data has increased by 3%.
