介绍了一款基于便携式模拟源的X波段射频收发系统的设计实现方法,该射频收发系统具有TDD通信方式、敏捷变频、小型化等特点.系统采用多芯片微组装技术实现上行电路、下行电路、频率源以及电源控制电路一体化,大大降低了系统体积.为了实现不同应用场景的应用要求,系统可通过FPGA配置实现收发共用天线以及收发不共用天线的工作方式.系统的工作频率在X波段,接收动态范围大于90 dB,接收灵敏度优于-90 dBm,下行链路增益0~30 dB,增益FPGA可控,上行链路增益大于24 dB,谐波抑制度优于-47 dB.
Design of X-band RF Transceiver System Based on Portable Analog Source
This paper introduces the design and implementation method of an X-band RF transceiver system based on portable ana-log source.The RF transceiver system has the characteristics of FDD communication mode,agility frequency conversion and minia-turization.The system uses multi-chip micro-assembly technology to realize the integration of uplink circuit,downlink circuit,fre-quency source and power control circuit,which greatly reduces the volume of the system.In order to meet the application require-ments of different application scenarios,the system can realize the working mode of sending and receiving shared antenna and send-ing and receiving non-shared antenna through FPGA configuration.The operating frequency of the system is in the X-band,the re-ceiving dynamic range is greater than 90 dB,the receiving sensitivity is better than-90 dBm,the downlink gain is 0~30 dB,which is controllable by FPGA,the uplink gain is greater than 24 dB,and the harmonic suppression degree is better than-47 dB.
