摘要

随着人工智能技术的迅速发展,通过结合自然语言处理和视频生成技术,AI数字人可以显著提升政务服务的智能化和效率,在政务场景下的具有广泛的应用前景.本研究探讨了基于大模型和扩散模型的AI数字人技术在政务领域的创新应用,介绍了大模型和扩散模型的基本原理和技术特点,分析了AI数字人在政务服务中的具体应用场景及不足,提出了新的AI数字人的架构设计,设计了政务应用场景的提示模板与话术生成,并指出了未来研究的方向和挑战.最后,总结了基于大模型和扩散模型的AI数字人技术在提高政务服务质量、增强用户体验和推动智能政务发展方面的重要价值和潜力.

Abstract

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence technology,the application of AI digital human in governmental af-fairs scenarios is increasingly promising.This paper explores the innovative application of AI digital human technology based on large model and diffusion model in the field of government affairs.By combining natural language processing and video generation technologies,AI digital human can significantly improve the intelligence and efficiency of government services.This paper firstly in-troduces the basic principles and technical characteristics of the large model and diffusion model,and then analyzes the specific ap-plication scenarios of AI digital human in government services,then designs prompt templates and script generation for government application scenarios.Finally,this paper demonstrates the architectural design of AI Digital human and proposes directions and chal-lenges for future research.The study shows that the AI digital human technology based on the large model and diffusion model has important potential and value in improving the quality of government services,enhancing user experience and promoting the devel-opment of intelligent government services.
