Research on Optimization Strategies for Online Instructional Video Image Design Applying the KANO Model
The study aims to enhance the effectiveness of online video learning by analyzing and identifying user requirements for instructional video design elements, optimizing the design of online instructional video resources, and thereby improving the quality of video design.By analyzing literature related to the design of online instructional videos,16 video design elements are identified. The KANO questionnaire survey is applied in conjunction with Better-Worse coefficient analysis to establish a user satisfaction dis-tribution matrix, which identifies the types and priorities of user requirements for video design elements. The study provides the de-sign effects such as interactive subtitles(bullet comments),Clear and readable text of the learning content,"full text+keyword high-lighting subtitles,"explanatory illustrations, clear explanatory audio, user controllable interaction design, and live commentary.Fi-nally,based on the various dimensions of video image design and the types and priorities of user requirements, optimization sugges-tions for the design of instructional video image are proposed.
