With the rapid development of information technology and significant changes in the shape of education,DeFi has begun to show its presence in the field of education.DeFi(Decentralized Finance),is a financial system that can be transacted on a public decentralized blockchain network,open to anyone,without intermediaries.The article firstly elaborates the research overview of DeFi and digital educational resources,extensively draws on the technical foundation of DeFi,i.e.the application of blockchain tech-nology in the education industry,then combines the current real challenges faced by the co-creation and sharing of digital educa-tional resources,constructs a digital educational resources co-creation and sharing model based on DeFi,and explores the value con-notation of the model,in order to empower the co-creation and sharing of digital educational resources with the decentralization and other features of DeFi.The purpose of this model is to empower the co-creation and sharing of digital educational resources with DeFi's decentralization and other features,and to help build an ecosystem for the co-creation and sharing of digital educational re-sources.
