Research on Internship Guiding Modes of"One platform,Three linkages,and Three stages"for Vocational Colleges
This article explores the importance and challenges of on-the-job internship for computer network technology majors in vocational colleges,and proposes an online and offline mixed on-the-job internship guidance model of"one platform,three linkages,and three stages".This model uses the on-the-job internship management platform to achieve comprehensive monitoring and guid-ance of students'internship process by school mentors;ensures the professionalism and effectiveness of the internship process through the tripartite linkage of students,corporate mentors,and school mentors;and forms a complete internship guidance closed loop through three-stage management of planning and preparation before internship,guidance and management during internship,and summary and evaluation after internship.The application of this model has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of internship management,and has promoted the improvement of students'vocational skills and professionalism.This model is of great significance for promoting the reform of vocational talent training and improving the quality of technical and skilled talent training,and provides a reference for internship management in other vocational colleges.
