为了实现射频前端的低廉化、高集成度和抗电磁干扰,提出一种具有高隔离和小型化的印制电路板式滤波功分器.所提出的结构在低廉的印制电路板上实现的准集总式器件,采用复合式的阻抗隔离网络,从而实现了输出高隔离的特性.此外,二阶滤波响应被集成于功率分配器中,从而构成了功能复合型器件,达到了小型化和低损耗的目的.最后,所提出的滤波功率分配器被设计工作在中心频率0.682 GHz和回波损耗为32.2%的20 dB相对带宽中,特别地,滤波功率分配器的输出端口的隔离均大于20 dB,且其尺寸仅为20 mm×30 mm.
Compact and High-Isolation Filtering Power Divider Based on Impedance Isolation
In order to achieve low cost,high integration,and anti-electromagnetic interference of RF front-end,the printed circuit board(PCB)filtering power divider(FPD)with high-isolation and miniaturization is proposed.The proposed FPD is the quasi-lumped device implemented on the low-cost PCB,which uses the composite impedance isolation network to realize high output iso-lation.In addition,the second-order filtering response is integrated into the power divider,forming the functional composite device that achieves miniaturization and low loss.Finally,the proposed FPD is designed with the center frequency of 0.682 GHz and the 20 dB relative bandwidth with return loss of 32.2%.Specifically,the isolation of the output ports of the FPD is greater than 20 dB,and its size is only 20 mm×30 mm.
